Just watched this interesting TED Talk with Margaret Heffernan.

According to research 85% of business leaders are afraid to raise concerns. A very high number! We are hindered to think together to solve challenges and to develop to achieve the higher purpose of the company.

Heffermans message is that we should dare to break the silence. DARE TO DISAGREE! Children should be taught to be willing and able to stand up to authorities. Our open world will help, and is a beginning.
